Gypsum board is used as a bridge between the levels or the base for a stretch ceiling, which generally has the same beneficial characteristics. There is also a ceiling completely made of plasterboard, which is also called tension, although this is not quite true from a technical point of view.

If we discard the separation of stretch ceilings by the number of levels and the type of materials used, it is easiest to classify them by appearance. The classification may look like this:

• Ceilings with hand-drawn images. Such pictures usually differ in considerable brightness, and this is interesting for children of preschool or primary school age. Hence, the main motive of images, among which favorite fairy-tale heroes prevail Alternatively, the drawn night sky will fit.

• Ceilings with photo printing. This technology allows you to put on the surface of any image at all - with maximum likelihood.In the boy’s room, such a solution is used relatively rarely, unless the whole room is designed in thematic style corresponding to the hobbies of the young man.

• Fully plasterboard ceilings. This option is less flexible in terms of colors and images, but it is much better suited to create any geometric shapes. To put it figuratively, if fabric ceilings are paintings, then gypsum ceilings are sculptures.
