Salt the meat, add the chopped onion, grated carrots and a teaspoon of flour, grated on a fine grater, fry it all together (5-7 minutes). Put the dish in a saucepan, add broth to the meat and add 10 g of tomato paste and 20 g of sour cream. Close the lid and simmer on low heat for about 20-30 minutes.
