The new company, named Chicco (in Italian, it correctly reads "Kikko") in honor of the diminutive form of the name of his son - Enrico, started producing various products for children under three years of age.

It turned out that Pietro Katelli is good not only in the distribution of goods, but also in their production - in his home country, in Italy, the new brand very quickly gained wide popularity. Starting his ascent to the heights in 1958, he already ten years later reached the level to open the first foreign representation - the choice fell on Spain. The following decades only expanded the geography of such offices, which were also opened in the USA, Turkey, Brazil and Argentina. In recent years, the company was waiting for an even more significant expansion - branches opened in new countries, among which there was a place for Russia.
