In the State Duma of the Russian Federation supported the draft law, which allows cashiers to sell tickets for sessions after the viewer presents a passport.
And cashiers, and auditors auditoriums will be able to ask to show the document, if they have any doubts about the age of the viewer, if the ticket is not taken on a children's film.
Each picture has age restrictions. They must be observed when selling tickets for sessions.
The authors of the project claim that the law will allow protect children from harmful information, which can cripple their psyche and impair health.
By the second reading of the document will be ready, and some amendments. In particular, cinemas will be banned from showing children’s trailers for films that are not suitable for children in the age category before the screening of the film for children.
The law will also be distributed for sale books, and the issuance of books in libraries to minors.
A librarian or bookseller will also be able to ask for a passport if they have doubts that it is time for the child to read his chosen literature.
