Dangerous educational measures revealed in one of the families in Ulan-Ude. There dad two days kept in the linen closet of three children. The punishment was severe: the children did not receive food and could not get out of the closet, even to the toilet.
A few years ago, the mother lost her parental rights; children were identified for upbringing for a 42-year-old father. The investigation, which is underway now, is shocked by the decision of the guardianship and the court, because the father of many children drank regularly and did not work anywhere.
The children told the police that they had been flogged for any wrongdoing, and they told someone about this in a school or kindergarten feared.
While the father drank the next children's allowances, the 11-year-old daughter, the 10-year-old son and another daughter, who was barely 5 years old, were sitting in the closet. Dad sent them there only because the children, out of misunderstanding and carelessness, opened the door and let the juvenile affairs inspector into the house, who came to inquire about the life of a difficult family.
Previously, no one opened the door to the girl from the PDN department, but on this day the children returned home and the inspector was able to go inside the room with them. Poor sanitary conditions forced an employee of the PDN to draw up a protocol on her father.
When the girl said goodbye and left the house, the man beat the offspring and locked the key in the linen closet.
A new lady of the izuver's heart, while he slept at night, helped children - brought food to the closet and gave glass jars so that the guys could go to the toilet.
No one would have known about this two-day mockery if it were not for another educational measure — the father struck her daughter so hard on the ear that she had to be sent to an ENT doctor.
The injury was serious, the girl faces deafness. The doctor reported the incident to the police. Guards order held an inspection.
The children, tired of being bullied, could not stand it and told the police about everything they had to go through.

Dad recognizes guilt, but continues to insist that he did everything exclusively for the good of the children themselves with educational purposes.
Children were handed over to the care of their aunt, they are trained in a boarding school with round-the-clock stay. Psychologists continue to work with them, as well as during investigative actions.
