Each school has an ombudsman: in Russia they have proposed a new way of dealing with school unrest

It is planned to introduce in schools of Russia School Ombudsman Institute.

With such a proposal were made by social activists from among Russian lawyers. They intend to submit their proposal to the Public Chamber in April.

The school ombudsman, as conceived by the authors of the project, will work according to the principles used by the ombudsman.

He will make sure that rights of every child were respected, and also mediate in school conflicts and incidents.

In addition, the Ombudsman will monitor social networks, track the pages of schoolchildren, note their activity, identify those who have alarming prerequisites for suicide, violence, and depression.

It is planned that the ombudsman will choose the students themselves high school by anonymous voting.

The authors of the idea are confident that such a representative in school will be able to prevent violent conflicts between teensas well as armed attacks aggressive lonely teens on their peers.
