Women working on maternity leave plan to increase payout
The Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation is thinking about increasing payments to women who go to work before the end of official maternity leave.
Together with the Social Insurance Fund, the Ministry of Labor specialists began to work out a document that could, at the legislative level, increase the amount of payments to women who go to work from the decree part time.
According to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, such moms can get paid, but, of course, in a smaller volume than if they went out to work for a full day.
The head of the Ministry of Labor, Maxim Topilin, said that the issue of increasing payments to this category of women would be resolved very soon.
