Daily regime

For a child of 18 months, it is very important to have a daily regimen, as it allows you to properly organize the wakefulness periods of the baby, ensure a good sleep for the baby and the correct diet. Children of this age sleep about 14 hours a day. Most of this time is spent on night rest (it lasts 10-11 hours), and the rest of the time the child gets enough sleep during the day.

Many babies at 1.5 years old still sleep twice during the day, with the first sleep lasting about 2 hours, and the second (afternoon) is less durable. It is at 18 months that some babies have a transition to one dream in the afternoon, lasting 2.5-3 hours.

On walks with a 1.5-year-old child is recommended to go twice a day.
